general information
-If a commission is in process and the client has not updated/communicated within 3 weeks, then the commission is considered complete unless decided otherwise. No refunds allowed for this.
-Before I start working on the commission fully, a sketch must be approved by the client first.
-Once the rough sketch is approved, expect the artwork to be finished within 1-2 weeks because of my school hours. If I have free time, I may be able to finish it earlier.
-You can ask me for updates whenever the commission is in process.
-The finished artwork will be sent through discord or by email.
-By commissioning me for my services, you are agreeing to the terms of services below. <3

-Only upfront or 50/50 payments are accepted.
-DO NOT SEND INDEPENDENTLY to me when paying with Paypal. I will send you an invoice when the payment is in process.
-NO REFUNDS. Once the payment is sent, refunds will not be allowed unless I have not yet finished the commission piece before the deadline.
-I reserve the rights to use your commissions for my portfolio/social media, unless you state that the commission stays private (additional fees will be added).
-I will not allow commercial use of the commissioned piece without discussion first and additional payment will be required.
-I will send updates throughout the commission process. Minor revisions are allowed, but major revisions will be added to the cost. Please make sure to be clear and concise with your requests.
-I reserve the rights to decline incoming commission requests if it does not uphold to the TOS and/or if it makes me uncomfortable to accept.
-Reposting/sharing of another buyer's finished commission is not allowed without asking for me and the buyer's permission. Once allowed, proper crediting of the piece is required.
-You are allowed to post/share the commissioned piece as long as it is properly credited.
